Huang,Tien-Han

Hello, I’m Tien Han Huang,

I design digital products that make complex systems feel effortless — for radiologists reading AI-assisted scans, logistics teams navigating enterprise tools, and patients managing their own rehabilitation.

Over 4 years of UX practice, I've learned that good design lives in the research, not the pixels. I run discovery, synthesise ambiguity into structure, and ship solutions that move real numbers: a 15% efficiency gain for Siemens' clinical AI product, a 20% reduction in design deployment time for DHL, a 25% lift in user retention for a SaaS platform.

I work across the full stack of UX — from stakeholder workshops and contextual inquiry to high-fidelity Figma systems and developer handoff. I care about accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA is non-negotiable for me, not a checkbox). And I bring a multilingual perspective to cross-cultural teams: German, English, and Mandarin.

My work has been recognised with a UX Design Award (New Talent, 2022) and selected for German Design Graduates — both for NXTi, a wearable rehab device for stroke patients that connected physiotherapy to real-time biofeedback.

Currently freelancing. Open to senior UX Designer or Product Designer roles at product-led companies where design has a real seat at the table.
